Singing Bowl Circle - 04/07/20
Is your singing bowl gathering dust?
Is it in danger of becoming just a beautiful ornament?
Well here is your chance to use it for what it was made for!
Join our singing bowl community as we come together to share our collective resonance. Each class is an opportunity to share wholesome intention, peaceful meditation and to send good vibrations into the world. Sound is a universal language and by playing together we unite as a force for positive change.
What to expect:
Each class begins with the forming of the ‘circle of sound’ where we sit together and set our intentions for practice. Then through guided meditation, deep relaxation and the playing of singing bowls, we engage in the healing modality of sound. It’s simple, effective and deeply powerful.
What’s so special about this practice?
This class is unique in that it brings the practice of sound therapy to both a personal and collective level. Singing bowls are not just for therapists and this class allows anyone to connect with the beauty of their sound. By playing together we create a collective resonance and send ripples of wellbeing into the world.
Do you need a singing bowl and previous experience?
This class is not about teaching you to play, so you either need a little bit of experience (just being able to make a bowl sing is enough!), or to have attended our singing bowl introductory workshop. Please bring your own bowl if you have one, although there will be some to play if you don’t own one yet.
Do you sell singing bowls?
We do have a small selection of bowls on sale but we would need to ensure this takes place before or after the session, so the flow of practice is not interrupted.
When, where and how much?
Woodland Community Centre, Fair Oak (Near Eastleigh/Winchester)
Saturday 4th July 2020
£8 per person
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and any other comfort you may require. If you have a singing bowl then please bring it along!
