Resonance Retreat Days
"Rewild your soul with our Resonance Retreat Days"
Find your natural resonance
Let us take you on a journey into the rhythms of nature. A full sensory experience to guide you back to your primal self. We will nurture you through a deeper connection to seasonal awareness, nutritious movement practices and transformational meditations. This is a chance to hold rest, rejuvenation and revival of spirit in the palm of your hand. Why join us on our retreat days? Modern living places such great pressure on us and we often don't care for ourselves in the way we should. The stress of working life can push us towards a feeling of being on a treadmill where we push and strive, but never arrive. We have created these retreat days not just as an antidote to modern living, but to deeply inspire you and reconnect to the life you wish to lead. What to expect from the experience? These retreats bring together our experience of sound therapy, yoga, somatics, mindfulness and more. Each of the four days reflect a particular time of the year and takes inspiration from the changing seasons. Expect to enjoy moving, chanting, meditating, walking in nature and to eat healthy vegan food. Who is the retreat for? This retreat is for everyone who wishes to explore practices that bring us back to a feeling of wholeness through a grounded spiritual practice. Whether you are young, old, flexible, broken or riding the wave of your own spiritual development, this is for you! |

'Lucy and David Tipper bring a special spiritual energy to their sessions.
They have been a most welcome part of our last two annual yoga retreats. Lucy’s knowledge and intuition about self-massage gave us all valuable information, and the tools for self-help. She has a light touch and imparts information in an easy and concise way. David’s sound baths are quite extraordinary. The use of the gongs and Tibetan singing bowls brought about the most interesting shifts of energy. Much discussion followed his two evenings with us. David’s delightful presence ensures a feeling of openness and confidence in the experience. I would be pleased to recommend their workshops to anyone involved with yoga and all spiritual pursuits.'
Carole Kerton (Yoga teacher and author)
'I have had the pleasure of collaborating with David on many occasions and have booked him for future events. David has provided Therapeutic Sounds Baths as part of yoga events that I have hosted. David is a pleasure to work with. The combination of his intuition and experience enables him to perfectly tailor his offerings to the theme of my events. His sound baths are not just an experience of sound but also a visual spectacle as he takes such care in setting up the scene.'
