Our first online Somatics practice!

We know that it's not always easy to get to a weekly class and how sometimes it can be really helpful to have a support at home. It is based on this that we are venturing out into our own online classes to allow you that extra opportunity that we often need. These classes also support our therapy based work and may help you to relieve specific conditions built up through stress, tension or injury.
Behind the scenes we are developing new pages for our website that will allow you to connect with all of approaches online. Watch this space!

In this particular practice we are encouraging you to make gentle movements that bring a greater awareness to the muscles of the head and neck. Through Somatic release any held tension can be reduced and bring a greater sense of freedom and movement in the body.

When you practice we suggest that in movement and effort 'less is more' and to make sure you stay within the comforts of your own ability. You are your best teacher and we hope that the support of this online class allows you to deepen your own personal practice. Enjoy!
