Sound therapy uses instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and percussion to help move you towards a relaxed and deeply reflective state of being.
We regularly run group sound bath events which are a popular and accessible approach to this form of relaxation therapy.
We also love to work on a one to one basis and can be hired for your events.
Yoga and Somatics
Yoga and Somatics bring a wonderful sense of awareness to the body and mind helping us to become more conscious of ourselves. Within our approach to Yoga we teach group classes as a fully inclusive practice that is adaptable to suit the needs of differing abilities, ages and cultures.
Our classes are based around the Hedge End area of Southampton.
One to One Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a mentally soothing technique that is suitable for everyone.
We specialise in working with teenagers with a focus on helping with the challenges of being in education and life as a young adult.
David Tipper is a fully trained and experienced teacher within a busy sixth form college and has an acute awareness of the need for mindfulness within education.
We enjoy working on a group basis but have found great success working one to one.
Human touch is a primal instinct that nurtures the bodies innate desire for health, wellbeing and healing.
We use a collection of different touch therapies such as massage, acupressure and integrated touch to resolve many different physical complaints and injuries.

Nāda (pronounced naada) in the simplest sense is an Indian word for sound. Our entire cosmos, including human beings, consists of sound vibrations called nāda. In this context vibration unites all of the disciplines that we specialise in sharing with you.
